2、什么是腹式呼吸？該如何練習(xí)？

腹式呼吸——既是運(yùn)動健身的首選 ，更是運(yùn)動健身的基礎(chǔ)！

大家都知道——壽命長的動物，大多是以腹式呼吸為主的，如龜、蛇。龜是用腹部呼吸的，蛇則是用腹部行走，所以它們的壽命都很長。為什么呢？因為腹腔內(nèi)藏著除心、腦、肺之外的全部臟腑。包括消化系統(tǒng)，造血系統(tǒng)，泌尿系統(tǒng)，生殖系統(tǒng)，內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)，淋巴系統(tǒng)的一部分。并擁有大量血管神經(jīng)，因此腹腔是非常重要的。

但人類自直立行走后，即以胸式呼吸為主，腹式呼吸便開始退化。這樣腹部運(yùn)動也就減弱了，造成廢物易于堆積，大腹便便，全是高熱量的東西，而不是高能量的氣血，這樣就造成一個問題的出現(xiàn)，血流滯緩，嚴(yán)重時腹腔血流放慢直接影響大腦的血液供應(yīng)，并且由于腸胃蠕動極為緩慢，毒素?zé)o法因血液回流及時排出體外，細(xì)菌，毒源因此長期留置腹部，結(jié)腸癌，大量婦科癥，高血壓，高血糖等眾多慢性疾患困擾不走。
