首先澄清你問題先，我相信你是說”post date” 張invoice. 即是1月1日開 invoice, 反而將 invoice date 打成 2月15日，即未來約交貨那天。(注: 這不叫 date back )

我舉例一項出口貿(mào)易，中國香港工廠，出口貨物到美國紐約，1月1日中國香港落貨開船，2月10日將到達美國紐約港，下面將以這些作舉例。

出入口貿(mào)易有幾項重點，合約應明確訂明條款或根據(jù)Incoterms 2000條款:

1. 價格內(nèi)含的費用和處理方式--即 FOB HK, CIF New York 或 DDU New York 等, 空運海運等。

2. 付款方式--即期信用證，D/P at sight, D/A 30days, open aount, 預付款 等。

3. 風險和擁有權(quán)的轉(zhuǎn)移(Title)--邊個要買保險保障自己或賣價已包保險等。

Invoice(發(fā)票) 在本土貨物買賣是一張很簡單的文件，買賣雙方也以 invoice會計做數(shù)。

但Invoice在出入口貿(mào)易中是一個很重要的文件，不止是賣方交買方要求付款和會計上做數(shù)這么簡單，Invoice 是出入口報關(guān)的必須文件，保險數(shù)額的憑證，經(jīng)銀行交收時的收款憑證。這些機構(gòu)都不會接受一張寫了未來日期的 invoice。出得invoice就是要即日的，商業(yè)或法律上，當日發(fā)出任何文件不是寫當日日期的嗎？所以不能將 invoice date推遲的，根本海關(guān)都不會接受的。

Invoice date，并不直接與payment date有關(guān)，雖然有些是用 T/T Payment within 30 days from the invoice date這樣. 但大部份出入口經(jīng)信用證或銀行處理的付款方式，都以Shipment date或收到文件后多少日作掛鉤。例如D/A 30 days，是收到承兌后30天內(nèi)付款。

Invoice date也不直接與delivery date有關(guān)，例如買方要預付訂金，這樣收訂金的 invoice根本和交收貨物無關(guān)，又正如這文講 DDU條款， invoice date可以和 delivery date無關(guān)

我先說FOB HK 和 CIF New York，將貨物交落中國香港碼頭，貨物越過船舷，Title貨物擁有權(quán)和 risk風險都從賣方立即轉(zhuǎn)移到買方，不論付款沒有。就算架船海上沉左，賣方收不到貨，但都要付款給買方，賣方只能另向保險公司追討賠償。

DDU New York 是一個比較繁鎖的條款。DDU New York要求賣方送貨到買方指定New York陸地貨倉，并不只是 New York碼頭交收，但買方負責處理報關(guān)和報關(guān)費用。Title貨物擁有權(quán)和 risk風險是將貨物入到 New York買方貨倉才轉(zhuǎn)移到買方；在海上和New York當?shù)仃懧愤\輸時，貨物擁有權(quán)還是在賣方的。一般中國香港出口商(賣方) 如果在海外當?shù)貨]有辦事處或相熟運輸商，極難處理DDU的本地運輸和協(xié)助買方報關(guān)的問題，所以一般中國香港賣家不做 DAF，DES， DEQ， DDU或DDP這些 D字頭 Delivered的條款，最多做到CIF而已。 chungkokyan版權(quán)所有

為什么要提上面這么的情況才說回到 invoice date呢？就是因為用DDU就繁鎖，付款條件 Payment terms就一定不要以 invoice date作準，付款日期應以買方收到貨物當日作掛鉤，因為賣方是要將貨物交到買方手上才是完成責任。

付款條款可用例如 Payment within 30 days from delivery date. 如果是銀行信用證交易，一般買方要收到賣方簽收的 cargo receipt/ delivery note后，才能入單銀行。

總結(jié)來說: 就算做DDU，invoice date都是約以貨物離開自己貨倉當日，也即是自己打 invoice那天的日期作 invoice date. 你的同事在某個程度了解 DDU是以當?shù)厝蘸筘浳锝皇諘r，自己才完成責任，應該那時客人才應該付款，但也某程度上誤會了payment term付款方式和invoice date發(fā)票日期, delivery date交收日期的關(guān)系。

這些invoice date/ delivery/ payment term用于DDU條款中細節(jié)詳情，網(wǎng)上不會有相關(guān)這么詳細的資料，有我都不用打餐死了。

From the point of aouting, the goods have left the pany. The cost of it must be trferred from purchase or inventory to cost of goods sold. It happened when the goods are delivered. Moreover, it is not a good aounting practice to date back the invoice. The date should in line with the date of delivery as appeared in the delivery note. It is not aeptable that the entry be done when the goods has been received by customer. A conflict of matching concept in aounting which you can get it from any book of aounting. This is also an internal control issue.,
