list）

以簡單的數(shù)據(jù)或容易了解的方式，作成圖形或表格，只要記上檢查記號，并加以統(tǒng)計整理，作為進(jìn)一步分析或核對檢查用，其目的在於『現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查』。

柏拉圖（pareto

diagram）

根據(jù)所搜集之?dāng)?shù)據(jù)，以不良原因、不良狀況、不良發(fā)生或客戶抱怨的種類、安全事故等，項目別加以分類，找出比率最大的項目或原因并按照大小順序排列，再加上累積值的圖形。用以判斷問題癥結(jié)之所。
