生物素的活性形式

生物素的活性形式是：輔酶B2（CoB2）。

生物素又稱維生素H、維生素B7、輔酶R等，是多種羧化酶的輔基，參與CO2的固定，在細胞信號轉導和基因表達方面起著重要作用。生物素與維生素B2（核黃素）結合后，會變成輔酶B2（CoB2），這種結合更有利于生物素在身體內的活化。

生物素又稱維生素H、輔酶R，是水溶性維生素，也屬于維生素B族，B7。它是合成維生素C的必要物質，是脂肪和蛋白質正常代謝不可或缺的物質。是一種維持人體自然生長、發(fā)育和正常人體機能健康必要的營養(yǎng)素。

生物素（Biotin）為B族維生素之一，又稱維生素H、維生素B7、輔酶R（CoenzymeR）等。是20世紀30年代在研究酵母生長因子和根瘤菌的生長與呼吸促進因子時，從肝中發(fā)現(xiàn)的一種可以防治由于喂食生雞蛋蛋白誘導的大鼠脫毛和皮膚損傷的因子。

生物素是水溶性維生素B群成員。在肝、腎、酵母、牛乳中含量較多，是生物體固定二氧化碳的重要因素。容易同雞蛋白中一種蛋白質結合，大量食用生蛋白可阻礙生物素的吸收導致生物素缺乏，如脫毛、體重減輕、皮炎等。生物素在脂肪合成、糖質新生等生化反應途徑中扮演重要角色。

性狀與穩(wěn)定性

為無色長針狀結晶，具有尿素與噻吩相結合的駢環(huán)，并帶有戊酸側鏈；極微溶于水（22mg/100ml水，25℃）和乙醇（80mg/100ml，25℃），較易溶于熱水和稀堿液，不溶于其它常見的有機溶劑。遇強堿或氧化劑則分解。

口服生物素迅速從胃和腸道吸收，血液中生物素的80%以游離形式存在，分布于全身各組織，在肝，腎中含量較多，用藥后大部分生物素以原形由尿液中排出，僅小部分代謝為生物素硫氧化物和雙降生物素。
