I.概念

（1）紅帽（Red Hat）

①Red Hat公司是一家開源解決方案供應(yīng)商，為諸多重要IT技術(shù)如云計(jì)算、存儲(chǔ)、虛擬化、中間件、操作系統(tǒng)提供關(guān)鍵任務(wù)的軟件與服務(wù)。紅帽的開放源碼模式提供跨物理、虛擬和云端環(huán)境的企業(yè)運(yùn)算解決方案，以幫助企業(yè)降低成本并提升效能、穩(wěn)定性與安全性[1]。

②Red Hat的商業(yè)模式，從Red Hat角度來看，就是將開源社區(qū)項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品化，使普通企業(yè)客戶更容易消費(fèi)開源創(chuàng)新技術(shù)。從用戶角度來看，不同的投資預(yù)算與研發(fā)能力的企業(yè)都可以通過紅帽獲得開源軟件的價(jià)值[1]。

（2）數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型（Digital Transformation）

Digital Transformation除了有「數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型」的意思外，也有「數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)換」的意思，從這個(gè)角度來說，數(shù)字技術(shù)的發(fā)展過程經(jīng)歷了數(shù)位能力（Digital Competence）→數(shù)字用法（Digital Usage）→數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)換（Digital Transformation）。狹隘的理解就是「數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型」，影響了產(chǎn)業(yè)和社會(huì)各階層（如政府、大眾傳媒、藝術(shù)、醫(yī)藥、科學(xué)等）的“無紙化進(jìn)程”[4]。小編很弱，對(duì)IT專業(yè)的「數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)換」欠缺閱讀和學(xué)習(xí)的素養(yǎng)，所以避重就輕，選擇「數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型」這個(gè)IT利用/實(shí)用的角度來闡釋，對(duì)此有更專業(yè)理解的小伙伴們，歡迎在下面留言哈。

①數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的特點(diǎn)包括三個(gè)方面——跨界融合：不同產(chǎn)業(yè)正在逐漸融合，行業(yè)邊界正在消失；模式創(chuàng)新：比如生態(tài)圈、平臺(tái)、開源共享等手段；快速迭代：如何把握用戶痛點(diǎn)和需求，致力于用戶體驗(yàn)和價(jià)值提升是重點(diǎn)[5]。

②數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型有四大驅(qū)動(dòng)力量：i. 移動(dòng)的革命；ii. 信息和數(shù)據(jù)分析；iii. 云計(jì)算；iiii. 社交媒體，該概念在法國電信**的“Essential 2020”計(jì)劃中體現(xiàn)，區(qū)別于之前的“征服2015”計(jì)劃的內(nèi)部性，“Essential 2020”計(jì)劃更多的是服務(wù)于外部客戶以及客戶的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型[6]。

③數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型實(shí)例：除了通信企業(yè)在慢慢向數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型邁進(jìn)時(shí)，其他領(lǐng)域的企業(yè)，如新媒體[7]（澎湃新聞、豆瓣）、出版社（Nilson Book）、數(shù)字印刷（世界第二大印刷機(jī)制造商高寶）、船舶（法國電信旗下的Orange Business Services助力EMAS工作空間數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型）、機(jī)械加工（沈陽機(jī)床構(gòu)建了數(shù)字化使能的商業(yè)模式轉(zhuǎn)型模型，見下圖）等，由此還能看出在這個(gè)企業(yè)數(shù)字化進(jìn)程中，Red Hat也有不少的同行（XING）者。

（1）500強(qiáng)企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀

分析截止2014年底的數(shù)據(jù)，中國企業(yè)進(jìn)軍世界500強(qiáng)穩(wěn)步上升，其中中國排名前十位的跨國公司主要以能源產(chǎn)業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)為主，而世界前10 強(qiáng)的公司有不少典型的技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)，如制藥、汽車、軟件行業(yè)等，說明了中國跨國公司處于初級(jí)階段，技術(shù)型產(chǎn)業(yè)還是未能很好融入國際化分工的主流[10]。

「紅帽（Red Hat)」是什么？去年8月，華為發(fā)布云開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室，出席發(fā)布會(huì)的運(yùn)營商、行業(yè)組織和合作伙伴包括，大家一起推進(jìn)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的進(jìn)程，構(gòu)筑用戶的極致ROADS體驗(yàn)（realtime, 實(shí)時(shí)；on demand, 按需定制；all online, 全在線；DIY, 用戶自助；social, 社交分享）。

（2）數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的機(jī)遇

中興通訊于2016年8月份提出了M-ICT 2.0戰(zhàn)略（M指代Man to Man、Man to Machine、Machine to Machine、Mobile等涵義），具體界定了數(shù)字化浪潮中五大創(chuàng)新方向，包括虛擬（Virtuality）、開放（Openness）、智能（Intelligence）、云化（Cloudification）和萬物互聯(lián)（IoE），見圖[5]：

企業(yè)要實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型，必須圍繞用戶體驗(yàn)升級(jí)，關(guān)注預(yù)先體驗(yàn)、自助及自主、個(gè)性化及定制化、可視化等四大需求，此外還需要完成組織、文化、機(jī)制等領(lǐng)域的一系列轉(zhuǎn)變[5]。

以O(shè)range Business Services為例，主要挑戰(zhàn)是如何適應(yīng)和應(yīng)對(duì)全球市場：更加“易變”的環(huán)境，客戶更加無法預(yù)測其自身需求，因此導(dǎo)致更加注重短期成本節(jié)約措施而非長期轉(zhuǎn)型項(xiàng)目的壓力越來越大。移動(dòng)、信息、云和社交，這四大全球發(fā)展趨勢直接影響著在中國開展經(jīng)營的企業(yè)[9]。

III.紅帽

數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)企業(yè)來說，是一個(gè)自虐而又痛苦的過程，而今日容器理念炙手可熱，紅帽

的OpenShift容器解決方案，可以使企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)部署以容器為中心的混合云解決方案，通過這一領(lǐng)先理念紅帽迅速占領(lǐng)市場搶占先機(jī)，使OpenShift容器平臺(tái)解決方案覆蓋包括汽車、金融、航空等重要領(lǐng)域，奪取市場的主動(dòng)權(quán)。紅帽的市場規(guī)劃如圖：
