一、SAS被稱為焦慮自評(píng)量表，是心理學(xué)上的專業(yè)名詞，是一種焦慮評(píng)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，用于測(cè)量焦慮狀態(tài)輕重程度及其在治療過(guò)程中變化情況的心理量表。主要用于療效評(píng)估，不能用于診斷。焦慮自評(píng)量表系是由William W.K. Zung編制的。

二、SAS系統(tǒng)基本上可以分為四大部分：SAS數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)部分；SAS分析核心；SAS開(kāi)發(fā)呈現(xiàn)工具；SAS對(duì)分布處理模式的支持及其數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)。

三、按照中國(guó)常模結(jié)果，SAS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分的分值為50，其中50~59為輕度焦慮，60~69為中度焦慮，69分以上為重度焦慮。
