Premium是指參加保險(xiǎn)必須繳納的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。這里顯示的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)是一年的總額，無(wú)論看病與否都需要支付。上例中顯示GMS保險(xiǎn)公司的保險(xiǎn)計(jì)劃一年保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)總額為

$1,770.25加元。

您可以根據(jù)需要選擇保險(xiǎn)總額(Coverageamount)和/或自付(Deductible)。

保險(xiǎn)總額是指在保險(xiǎn)有效期內(nèi)(一年)保險(xiǎn)公司賠付的最高金額。超級(jí)簽證醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)要求保險(xiǎn)總額必須至少為10萬(wàn)加元。加拿大保險(xiǎn)公司的超級(jí)簽證保險(xiǎn)總額有10萬(wàn)、15萬(wàn)、或20萬(wàn)加元三種選擇。選擇不同的保險(xiǎn)總額，就可查看到相應(yīng)的保險(xiǎn)計(jì)劃。

選擇保險(xiǎn)時(shí)還要考慮的是自付金額(Deductible)的選項(xiàng)。自付金額是指在保險(xiǎn)公司開(kāi)始賠付之前，您自己先要支付的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用總額。例如Deductible

$1,000指看病時(shí)您需先支付滿1,000加元的醫(yī)療費(fèi)后保險(xiǎn)公司才開(kāi)始報(bào)銷以后的費(fèi)用。

自付金額可以從0到1,000加元不等。選擇不同的自付金額，就可以查看到相應(yīng)的保險(xiǎn)計(jì)劃。

通常情況下，保險(xiǎn)總額越高，保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)也越高;自付金額越高，保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)則越低。

加拿大超級(jí)簽證(Super

Visa)屬于非移民簽證，是加拿大臨時(shí)居民訪問(wèn)簽證(TRV)的一個(gè)類別，是指允許加拿大公民和永久居民的直系父母或祖父母來(lái)加拿大探親。符合條件的申請(qǐng)人可以獲得最長(zhǎng)10年有效期(根據(jù)護(hù)照有效期)，每次可在加拿大停留期長(zhǎng)達(dá)24個(gè)月的多次往返探親簽證。

超級(jí)簽證和普通探親簽證的區(qū)別

“普通10年多次往返探親簽證“的有效期最長(zhǎng)也是10年(根據(jù)護(hù)照有效期)，但每次停留時(shí)間最長(zhǎng)為6個(gè)月。如想在加拿大居住更長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間，須在簽證到期前進(jìn)行延期申請(qǐng)，支付申請(qǐng)費(fèi)，每次續(xù)簽期限仍以6個(gè)月為一個(gè)循環(huán)。加拿大超級(jí)簽證(Super

Visa)可在加拿大一次停留最長(zhǎng)24個(gè)月，省去了剛來(lái)幾個(gè)月就要回國(guó)或申請(qǐng)延簽的麻煩，所以稱“超級(jí)10年多次往返探親簽證”。加拿大移民局迄今已簽發(fā)45,000張超級(jí)簽證，平均每月簽發(fā)超過(guò)1,000張，核準(zhǔn)率超過(guò)80%。

普通探親簽證的邀請(qǐng)方不僅可以是加拿大公民和居民，也可以是在加拿大讀書有學(xué)習(xí)許可或在加拿大工作有工作許可的直系親屬(包括父母、兒女、兄弟姐妹，注：從2016年1月1日起，姑姑、舅舅、姨媽等遠(yuǎn)親，不能辦理探親簽證，只能辦理旅游簽證)，而超級(jí)簽證無(wú)論是對(duì)邀請(qǐng)方還是對(duì)申請(qǐng)方都有明確的要求。

資金要求：

邀請(qǐng)人在加拿大的年收入必須達(dá)到政府規(guī)定的當(dāng)年家庭最低收入(LICO)。

保險(xiǎn)要求：

根據(jù)加拿大移民局(IRCC)的有關(guān)規(guī)定，申請(qǐng)超級(jí)簽證遞交申請(qǐng)材料時(shí)必須同時(shí)提交購(gòu)買私人醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的證明，對(duì)該醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)又如下要求：

至少購(gòu)買一年以上。

醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的保額在10萬(wàn)加元以上。

醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)必須承保HealthCare,HospitalizationandRepatriation

必須是加拿大公司出具的醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)保單。

(因申請(qǐng)人年齡不同，一年的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用從$1500-$2500加幣不等)。
