串行接口，簡稱：串口。是通訊接口。我從90年代用電腦，在臺灣人開辦工廠時見過他們用串行數(shù)據(jù)線直連兩臺電腦互相拷貝文件（有軟件驅(qū)動，當(dāng)時還用DOS系統(tǒng)，那時候還沒有開通網(wǎng)絡(luò)，電腦之間的數(shù)據(jù)拷貝還要靠軟盤，1片盤只能拷貝1.44M, 現(xiàn)在一首歌就2-3M，所以能兩臺電腦間直接通訊還是很方便的）。

除此之外，還真沒用過這個端口。
