黃金外匯ib是什么意思？

IB（introducingbroker介紹經(jīng)紀(jì)商）指的是證券公司將投資者介紹給期貨公司，并為投資者開展期貨交易提供一定的服務(wù)，期貨公司因此向證券公司支付傭金的制度。 　介紹經(jīng)紀(jì)商（IB）既可以是機(jī)構(gòu)也可以是個(gè)人，但一般都以機(jī)構(gòu)的形式存在。它可以開發(fā)客戶或接受期貨期權(quán)指令，但不能接受客戶的資金，且必須通過FCM(期貨傭金商，類似于期貨經(jīng)紀(jì)公司)進(jìn)行結(jié)算。IB又分為獨(dú)立執(zhí)業(yè)的IB(IIB)和由FCM擔(dān)保的IB(GIB)。IIB必須維持最低的資本要求，并保存賬簿和交易記錄。GIB則與FCM簽訂擔(dān)保協(xié)議，借以免除對(duì)IB的資本和記錄的法定要求。而期貨經(jīng)紀(jì)公司在異地的分支機(jī)構(gòu)、營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)則與GIB頗為相似。在FCM的業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)中，許多IB的客戶量和交易量都遠(yuǎn)比FCM直接開發(fā)的要大，IB的引入極大地促進(jìn)了美國期貨業(yè)的發(fā)展。
